Researchers can monitor fill levels during loading, confirm solution clarity before use, and spot particulate matter or discolouration without removing the cartridge from the pen. Pen Compatibility and Sizing

Filling and First Use

All cartridges are supplied empty and ready to be filled by the user where appropriate. Use a disposable measuring syringe to transfer your reconstituted solution from a research vial into the cartridge. Insert the filled cartridge into your pen, attach a 32G x 4mm pen needle, prime the pen by dialling 1 to 2 units with the needle pointing up and press until a drop appears. The pen is then ready for use.

Storage Guidance

Store unused cartridges in their sealed packaging at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight. Once a cartridge is filled, keep it refrigerated at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius and use within the timeframe specified by your solution supplier. Never freeze a filled cartridge. If the individual seal on any cartridge appears damaged or is already open before first use, discard it.
